Company based in Bramley is looking for Specialised call centre agents for USA/UK clients.

Applicants must be well-spoken and have excellent English skills.

Working hours will be shifts including ones ending at 24h00.

Packages include basic salary and commission.

Duties & Responsibilities

Must speak English fluently

Computer Literate

Excellent Communication Skills

Motivated, Dedicated & Professional

Desire to earn commission

Good Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills

Energetic and passionate about customer service

Able to work under pressure

Able to work shifts

Must live in Joburg and surrounding areas

Desired Experience & Qualification:

2 years of industry experience (Call Centre Customer Service)

Matric compulsory(assessments will be done)

Call Centre Training/Certificate

Clear Criminal & Credit Record

Well-spoken with excellent English Skills

Basic salary and commission
