Our client has a position for an Office Invoice Clerk
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Processing accounts andg incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
Capturing of invoices and credit notes for each customer onto Accounting System.
Check invoice against delivery note before submitting to customer.
Email invoice and delivery notes.
Running statements at the month-end.
Pricelist Maintenance.
Creating customer codes.
Email customer invoice and POD daily and statements on a monthly basis
Creation of sales orders
Essential Skills Required:
Senior Certificate/Grade 12
3 plus years of relevant experience
MS Office literate ( strong, accurate Excel)
Pastel skills an advantage
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
Problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail focused with a high level of accuracy
