HOURS OF WORK:
The reception desk will be managed from 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 16:00 on a Friday. This position may occasionally require overtime to be performed outside of these times.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills
IT: Basic Computer Knowledge (including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Personal Skills:
The incumbent will be required to demonstrate leadership within their work environment and working with colleagues, as well as being required to exercise patience, charm, politeness and diplomacy at all times. Required to interact with members and guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Patient – especially in dealing with argumentative clients
Good communicational skills
Experience and Qualification:
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) with both oral and written skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
The incumbent will require a full understanding of the telephone/switchboard system, as well as receiving and welcoming of guests, clients and/or visitors.
Typing skills are essential.
Administrative background will be an advantage.
