We are currently seeking Inbound Telesales Consultants

Specific Skills/ Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric
Clear, strong telephone etiquette
A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel).
Clear communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Punctual and hardworking with reliable transport.

Daily Duties:
Answer all calls quickly, professionally and accurately
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Update customer account details on the company database
Process orders.
Process returned goods.
Handle customer queries and email correspondence
