Marite Property Administrators in Brackenfell requires a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager.
Previous Sectional Title experience essential.
Candidate must have excellent communication and people management skills.
This employee will build relationships with Body Corporate and Homeowners Association scheme executives, to meet the requirements of the relevant legislation, Governance documents, and rules pertaining to the schemes.
The Portfolio Manager will convene, attend, chair and minute Annual General Meetings and such other scheme meetings as may be required as well as handle queries from attendees and follow up on items requiring attention, and ensuring compliance with instructions, emanating from meetings.
This is a deadline-driven position where liaison with auditors, attorneys, insurance brokers, maintenance contractors and the like require immediate actioning.
Have strict planning, organization, and execution skills.
Must be computer literate. (Word and Excel)
Be able to handle all enquiries from both owners and trustees.
Be able to work as a team member.
Possess sound knowledge of body corporate accounting. i.e. budgets and interpretation
of financial statements.
The successful applicant will be required to attend meetings after hours.
Salary will be negotiable, depending on experience.
