We are on the lookout for a Parts Storeman

Key activities will include, but not be limited to;

Ensure stock accuracy when receiving, picking/packing and dispatching of goods

Ensure that all customers receive correct parts and quantities in time and on time.

Report any discrepancies with regards to inventory, safety and other discrepancies/ anomalies.

Inbound – Receiving of goods from suppliers stock/parts returns and accurate binning of parts

Picking/Packing of goods in accordance with pick notes for customers and dispatch of goods

Bin maintenance, housekeeping, cycle, and annual stock counts.

Assist with perpetual counts and bin maintenance

Apply good housekeeping/safety and accuracy of work in accordance with best stores practices.

We are looking for a candidate with:
Grade 12
Relevant 3 to 5 years warehouse and storeman experience

Knowledge and understanding of Inventory concepts

Keen attention to detail
Ability to spot discrepancies/anomalies
Accuracy
Numeracy
Computer literate
Highly reliable
Strong time and task planning skills
Problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic with “can do” attitude

Salary Structure:
R16500 with benefits, shift allowance and overtime
