As a Contact Centre Agentyour duties will include;

Cold calling prospective leads to generate sales
Objection handling through client relations and needs
Updating on systems and completion of all admin duties
Developing and maintaining work relationships
Working to targets and KPIs
Working with a high level of compliance awareness
All-rounder attitude with the desire to learn new products and campaigns

Skills & Experience Required

Telesales/Cold calling experience required
Sales background with commission earned
Professional attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player
High performing determined individual with the drive to achieve targets
Goals towards growth in the company
PC literate
Matric Certificate
