Candidate must have at least 5 years experience and be a good all-rounder in general construction and property maintenance and repairs:

1. construction skills

2. welding skills (and general steel-work) – very important

3. wood-working skills

4. plumbing knowledge

5. electrical knowledge

6. gardening and irrigation skills are an added plus

Candidate will be expected to fix and repair all sorts of issues on the properties, as well as assemble, repair and maintain furniture.

Candidate must be able to drive and have his own transport to and from work.

Candidate must reside in Gauteng, on the Westrand.
