and parents. Educanda operates internationally, i.e. in South Africa, Namibia, Angola, Botswana, Zambia, and Mozambique
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Answering calls and receptionist duties Processing of quotes and sales orders Follow up on outstanding quotations Follow up on outstanding payments Update Customer database system Catalogue requests and returns Verification and updating of customer info (e.g. addresses, email, phone)Assisting other departments on ad-hoc basis
Qualification:
Minimum
Matric Preferably
2yrs of experience in similar work field Computer skills an absolute „must-have” incl. MS
Office Experienced with OMNI an absolute advantageTeam player and very good communication skills in
English, any additional language a plus
