Creditors and Debtors reconciliation
Check supplier invoices- Invoice requirements
Capturing of supplier invoices and quotes
Filing
Sending off invoice pack to clients
General accounting and office functions.
Must be presentable and well-groomed as you will be the face of the Company
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Own car
Must be computer literate

Desired Experience & Qualification

Relevant Accounting qualification
3+ years’ experience in accounts
Computer literate – Excel
Experience in accounting applications
Self –starter

Soft Skills:

Good communication and listening skills
Good organizational skills used in planning own work
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
