Job description

The reception and support position requires someone who possesses a basic level of knowledge about South Africa.

This position requires a reception and support person who is detail-oriented and is good at communicating and providing efficient customer service.

Duties and responsibilities

Support and Reception
Check Availability
Admin work
Answering incoming calls (busy switchboard)
Submitting new enquiries
Ensuring messages are taken correctly and relayed to correct person
Multitasking
Attention to detail
Welcoming of suppliers and clients
Support to consultants (availability checks, vouchers if needed)

Working Hours:

Reception and Support are required to work alternate Saturdays or as needed to achieve sales and incentive targets as part of their 45-hour workweek. Must also be available to work Overtime on Public Holidays as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ Office/Call Center Experience
Diploma/Degree
Qualities needed

Attention to detail
Excellent telephonic skills
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of South Africa specifically
Be client-centric
The ability to work as part of a team
And also be able to think independently, using good judgment and discretion

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: R7,000.00 to R8,000.00 /month

Experience:

Reception call center: 2 years (Preferred)
