A vacancy exists for a Receptionist/Administration Clerk at small practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Typing of reports and general correspondence
Billing of clients and general bookkeeping
Debtors control – following up on outstanding accounts
Answering of phone and assisting with telephonic queries
Scheduling of client bookings
General office duties and providing PA duties to the Therapist/s
Requirements:
Excellent communication and written skills in English
Must be Computer literate with good typing skills
Attention to detail
Previous experience in a medically related environment
Good people skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently
