PURPOSE:
To provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to the Executive Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
More than 3 years’ work experience in a corporate or non-profit environment
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Proven track record of resilience in a professional or academic environment
High energy levels
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook 2016 skills
Very effective time management
High-level organising and planning skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Effective operational decision-making skills within levels of authority
Demonstrated problem-solving ability
Meticulous attention to detail
