Position Purpose:
Ensure the correctness of revenue(including penalties) for all Break Bulk/Bulk cargo handled at the Terminals CTMPT, FPT
and Tanker Basin Ensuring that TNPA received and captured all Outturns and that all manifest is received within the
timeframes for vessels working cargo
Position outputs:
Create all Break Bulk/Bulk collation files.
Compile Bulk Liquid/Dry Bulk files containing all statistical information
Liaise with Terminals/Vessel agents for all outstanding outturn & manifest for Break Bulk/Bulk
Ensuring that all supporting documentation is received from customers for orders via Order to Cash/ EDI
Liaise with a customer for any discrepancies detected by ourselves and outstanding cargo dues, assist and educate
customers with regards to commodities and tariffs
Review and Capture all outturns for Bulk Dry and Liquid
Bill client in the form of framing of new order and cancellations for the correctness of revenue
Compile weekly report detailing the status of Break Bulk/Bulk collation status
Perform mapping on CRM
Checking correctness of complete vessel files and signing
Check timeframe report
Compile a statistical report for Liquid Bulk & FPT, Burgan Cape Terminal vessels
Supervising Staff & Absenteeism, Clock in/Out. Attendance Register
Sign and check attendance
Training subordinates regarding NAVIS, OTC, Break Bulk, Liquid & Dry Bulk
Monitoring of yachts launched at Private Terminal
Compiling SD’s for Liquid and Dry Bulk at the end of the month
Qualifications & Experience:
Matric with Accounting certificate
