1. Answering a busy switchboard
2. General administration duties
3. Front office client liaison
4. General secretarial duties
5. Assisting with travel arrangements
6. Meeting facility co-ordination
The following requirements are needed to be considered for this post:
Matric Certificate
Minimum 3 years related experience as a Receptionist
Sound knowledge of MS office packages (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail is a critical requirement
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize
Telephone etiquette
Peoples person
Ability to accept constructive criticism
Excellent office administration skills and the ability to work under pressure
Must be well-spoken and presented
Must have a stable career history
