Key Responsibilities:

Patients transfer and escorts within the hospital.
Blood deliveries and collections.
Messenger service when needed.
Maintains client service principles to ensure client expectations are met.

Requirements:

Preferably a Grade 12 certificate.
Acceptable reading, writing and communication skills in English.
Good health as required by the tasks inherently part of the job.
A sense of responsibility towards the job combined with an excellent attendance record.
Willingness to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the hospital.
Maintains a customer-focused mindset that acknowledges the value of the customer.
The ability to work under pressure.
Understands the interrelationships between business processes.
The ability to identify and demonstrate company values.
Good interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with people and be in the frontline.
