Workability uses innovative technology and tested clinical systems to reduce sickness absence, manage claims and streamline the recovery and return to work process of injured employees for organizations throughout SA. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic credit controller to join our team

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Issue invoices to funders
Collect payment for all outstanding invoices and allocate payments
Analyze payments and age analysis in order to formulate collection strategies and prioritize funders
Assist with the generation and creation of reports and other general admin functions relating to product and revenue
Complete and submit vendor forms to get registered with funders
Any other general administrative tasks related to your function

Required Qualifications & Experience

Matric – Grade 12
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with finances, accounts, invoices and creditors
Experience working with IOD funders advantageous
Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy required
Advanced excel skill including pivot tables required
Extremely detail orientated
MS Office experience is crucial
Must be highly motivated, trustworthy, dynamic, enthusiastic and a team player
Must have a good work ethic with a problem solving and an ownership mindset
Must be collection and target driven
