Job Brief

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and overachieving Sales Engineer with proven experience within Oil & Gas drilling operations and understanding of the various drilling solutions and services rendered during drilling campaigns.

You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high re-order and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, re-order rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to the overall sales team and business success.

Role & Responsibility

Continued Engagement with customer at “Need level “– harness Low hanging fruits opportunities.

Create a link between customer and assigned client on short term needs, by visiting customers operations and interfacing with the operations and facilities teams.

Use various selling techniques to follow up on sales leads generated by the internal sales and product line teams.

Identify areas where assigned client can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management

Plan and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles

Collect and document competitive intelligence

Location

Luanda in Angola. 1 week per month work in Luanda-Angola. 3 weeks back at home working virtually, emails, etc.

R15,000

Experience:
