Duties & Responsibilities

Collection of customer quality feedback on arrival
Verification of quality results
Analyze and report results to packhouse and producers
Recording results on DIPAR
Assist commercial manager with quantification of quality claims
Handle customer technical related queries
Assist with technical reports

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Matric certificate
Must be proficient in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Must have strong writing and communication skills
Strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail
