Experience Required:
5 Years or more in relevant in Buffet, Fine Dining or A la Carte
Extensive Excel
Costing and Menu Planning
Chef Qualification in recognized Culinary Arts or Cookery
TabletPos (advantageous)
Required skills:
Staff Management
Good communication skills
Administration skills
Able to work in a pressured environment
Strong Kitchen Management
Computer Literacy
Due to the nature of the position, the applicant must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
