Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an energetic receptionist for a travel tour operator company based in Cape Town.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Boxes to tick:

Experience in a similar department would be an advantage
Fluent written and verbal English and additional languages will be an advantage
Must have strong admin skills
Must have an energetic personality, and good telephone etiquette
Must be a go-getter
Must have own reliable transport
Switchboard experience will be an advantage
