Requirements

4 to 5 years’ experience as a High School Principal
Experience with Matric Pass Rates
Relevant Education qualifications/ Degrees
English speaking – non-negotiable
An impeccable service record
Excellent parent and staff relation skills
Good diplomacy and mild temperament
Computer literate (Be computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
The ability to coordinate and manage all educational aspects
Must be able to do business planning, co-ordination, and development

Job Summary

To provide effective leadership and management that promotes the delivery of quality teaching and positive learning experiences for all students.

Competencies:

Excellent management and organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; be prepared to work, if and when the need arises, at any of the college campuses; Must be prepared to take and implement instructions delegated by supervisors/managers; Must be able to work under pressure and adapt to changes in the TVET sector.
