Duties:
Modification and analysis of any deviation of machine performance from the manufacturer’s specs.
Administrative and Secretarial work
Manage Calendar/Meetings for the Executive
Co-ordinate Travel arrangements (local and overseas)
Co-ordinate VIP/visitors’ travel/refreshment arrangements
Support Technical Services Department to meet Travel

Expense System requirements

Requirements:
Matric with National Secretarial Diploma or Diploma in Administrative Management
2 years’ proven experience in an executive secretarial role
1 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) packages plus excellent typing skills
Must be prepared to work extended hours where required
Fluent in English
Work independently and yet work well with teams

Excellent writing skills; Customer focused
Excellent planning and organising skills
SAP knowledge to facilitate purchasing process
