Duties include but not limited to:
Answering phones / transferring calls / taking messages and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
attending to clients that walk into the reception
Handling general administration duties, including live chats & responding to incoming enquiries via email & telephone to increase student enrolments
Assist other staff members when required
Any other duties as assigned by the Managers

Skills/requirements :
ID/ valid work permit
Tertiary education –essential
2 years’ experience, plus
Excellent written and verbal -English language
Excellent administrative skills
Strong working knowledge- Microsoft Office suite , (esp. Excel)
Attention to detail, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Accurate with figures
High interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
