A leading restaurant franchise with head offices situated in the Bellville area is looking for a hard-working and experienced Personal Assistant and Office Administrator with a strong background in both roles. We are leading players in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced environment which requires an ability to calmly and efficiently manage tight
deadlines and at times challenging working conditions.

Your duties will include:
Assisting the owner and his management team

Property administration

Fleet and vehicle administration and vehicle registrations

Shop Building administration

Daily ad hoc duties

The requirements for the job are:
At least 3 years of concrete experience in related roles

Decent exposure and experience in Personal

Assistant duties

A related tertiary qualification beneficial

South African drivers licence essential

Own transport beneficial

Willingness to travel and work after hours as required
