Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center and Administrative personal to join our team to be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively selling long/short term insurance products, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, do administrative duties and keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening,

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types,

Ability to multi-task,

Set priorities and manage time effectively,

Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers,

Be able to give accurate feedback on work done and issues that may come up.
