Description

Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
Ensure the quality of the vehicle is in good condition
Ensure that a VPI and QCE is duly completed
Ensure that Docket books are completed correctly & in sequence
Ability to work as part of a team/communicate well with colleagues & customers
Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles
Well-groomed, presentable/Ensure that you are in full uniform at all times with a professional appearance.
Be Able to use initiative and pay attention to detail
Navigate map book, GPS, Google
Able to deal effectively with diverse individuals
Build and maintain relationships with both customers & team
Proactively improve customer relationships, sell products and services
Provide proper etiquette by assisting the customer with loading and offloading luggage
Profile

Grade 12 or equivalent thereof
Valid drivers license and PDP essential
Knowledge of traffic regulation
Own transport will be advantageous
A good knowledge of customer service
A good knowledge of the geographical area
Previous experience advantageous
Good administrative skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
