Duties will include:

Processing of invoices, GRV’s, Credit notes and journals relating to creditors according to strict policies and procedures
Administer new vendor application process
Perform monthly creditors reconciliations and resolve queries
Prepare and process creditors payment vouchers and payments
Prepare forecasts on creditors spends and payments due
Manage and liaise with creditors team
Create and maintain good working relationship with suppliers and buyers
Working to strict predetermined monthly deadlines

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
At least 2+ years’ experience in similar position
Bookkeeping Qualification
MS Office Advanced
Advanced level of Pastel Evolution
Aptitude for figures
High-quality standard of work and attention to detail
Reputable references
Excellent Communication skills
