REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent or preferably a Diploma or Beauty Therapy certificate
Product Knowledge -training will be provided for in house products
Treatment knowledge – general beauty treatment and massage therapy
Computer literacy
Familiarity with spa procedures and duties
Experience as a receptionist and in product sales
Motivated self-starter with excellent customer service and organization skills
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
JOB DUTIES
beauty treatments and massage therapy according to the Companies Standards of Excellence
As well as :
Bookings and product sales
Monitoring web and social media pages for bookings, sales etc
Payments
Managing cleanliness of the spa
Product and consumables stock management
Providing refreshments and meals to clients
General maintenance of spa equipment
Organizing spa laundry
