General Receptionist / Creditors Clerk needed: Salary R9 000 to R11 000 per month

R9 000 – R11 000 a month

Responsibilities:

Managing phone calls.
Assisting incoming customers.
Full reception and office assistant duties.
Placing of Purchase orders.
Invoicing.
Processing GRV’s and Suppliers Invoices on Sage evolution.
Sending remittance advises to suppliers after completion of the payment run.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.2-3 years Administrative/Creditors experience is essential.
Debtors experience would be an advantage.
Good communication and telephone skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Salary R9000 – R11000 Depending on experience.
