PURPOSE OF ROLE

The purpose of a General Worker II is to provide assistance in variance categories from when a vehicle arrives at the branch to prepare for an auction, cleaning of the branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:

When vehicles arrive at the branch, complete a checklist on the vehicle
Follow the checklist thoroughly and make sure when done with the checklist on the vehicle is done as per the standard operating procedure

General:

Do 360 visual transactions on vehicles
Ensure that all vehicles locked and windows are closed /wrapped in the plastic where necessary and that
all loose parts are secured neatly inside the vehicle
Create tags for all keys
Safekeeping of all keys – take keys to the office once tagged
Clean the 360 Yard and Assessment Centre
Assist with Auction preparations

Candidate Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Previous general worker experience
Previous experience within the Automotive industry would be advantageous
Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel) – previous experience working on the computer would be advantageous
