A fast learner, with the ability to adapt and cope under pressure with a high-volume workload

Preparedness to work overtime regularly and most Saturdays

Highly organized, punctual with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Good communication, planning, presentation and problem-solving skills

Ability to function well within a team-orientated environment, to interact and co-operate with all

company employees

Able to manage a team of flatters and body fillers

Manage preparation and finishing teams (Flatters and body fillers)

Prepare paint to desired colour and consistency

Paint trucks, trailers, and other related equipment

Apply decals to machinery, trucks, and trailers

At least 3 to 5 years experience in spray painting

Have seasoned experience in spray painting techniques from start to finish

A drivers license and reliable transport

Must be hands-on, responsible and be attentive to detail
