Description:

Monitor and maintain the dispensary equipment, stationery.
Inform patients of Dispensary/Clinic procedures.
Move patients through appoints as scheduled.
Obtain medical reports if required.
Ensure the reception area is clean and maintained to safeguard patients privacy and confidentiality.
Give relevant and accurate information to callers regarding their request, questions or concerns.
Respond to written or email enquiries on various platforms, within a reasonable time.
Take the correct message from the callers.
Transfer calls where necessary.
Provide customers with area codes, work telephone numbers, and other relevant information when requested.
Ensure customers, guest and callers receive relevant feedback, within a good time, regarding queries.
Help patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
Ensure the visibility of the Benefit Programme signage and/or current promotional signage regarding the Benefit Programme at the reception.
Report any customer discrepancies to management.
Complete daily reports to management.
Maintain all documentation and patient database at the Dispensary/Clinic.
