Duties & Responsibilities
Manage & co-ordinate daily sales meetings with updated agenda & prepare any required reports & statistics;
Lead the meetings, take minutes and follow up with the responsible parties with regards to any action items;
Create & update potential and active clients’ list for the Sales Department;
Handle all activations and/or deactivation of clients;
Ensure all leads are tested and clients are notified accordingly;
Oversee the Debtors list and advise sales department when action is required;
Training Clients on the backend software;
Responsible for all handovers to the Account Manager;
Admin Assistance to account management – monthly lead stats, conducting price checks, listening to calls, pulling reports & updating client details;
Assist in creating briefs for the sales department to collaborate with the traffic manager;
Manages all travel arrangements for the sales department;
Provides product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information & answering questions;
Prepares professional sales presentations by researching, compiling data, and developing presentation template formats;
Keeps all marketing information updated with regards to sales & marketing material
Experience & Qualifications
Experience or interest in Digital Technologies, Media, Internet, Publishing, Software, Sales & Marketing;
Computer literate
Technical mindset
Proactive & innovative. Excellent communication skills Ability to solve problems creatively and good interpersonal skills;
Must be extremely organized and efficient;
Must pay attention to detail, and can work on their own initiative.
