RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones and customer care emails
Executive P.A. duties for Directors
Organizing of business trips and meetings
Basic H.R duties – Capturing employee details, warning letters, issuing of contracts and agreements
Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
Handling major chain store accounts
Interacting with buyers of major chain stores on a daily basis
Listing of products for clients
Handling updates and amendments on supplier portals
Consulting with day-to-day clients
Drawing up quotations and handling payment and delivery processes with customers
Handling payment and delivery processes with suppliers
Handling all legal matters through various legal advisors
Formulating contractual agreements
Scheduling meetings and sourcing suppliers and new customers when necessary
Sourcing and facilitating the buying of new merchandise
Formulating business plans and company profiles
Fashion research
Writing articles and promotional material for the company
Marketing and analytic research
Handling company insurance policies – logging claims and settling accounts
SKILLS:
Good communication skills
Well Spoken
Good literacy skills
Ability to multi-task
Work well under pressure
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook (emails)
