Our client is currently seeking a Debtors Officer

Responsibilities:

Handling and solving enquiries effectively
Keeping records of customers’ accounts
keeping records on amounts owed by customers and amounts paid
Opening of accounts
Sundry invoicing where applicable
Processing Debtor’s Credit Applications
Update daily bank balances
Update and reconcile cashbook to the bank statements daily
Sending out monthly statements
Keeping record of payment made

Candidate Requirements

Educational requirements:

Grade 12 + accounting as a subject
Minimum of 2 years SAGE experience
Computer Literate (excel and outlook)
3 to 5 year applicable experience (Preferable in Logistic

Must be able to work with difficult drivers
Must be able to solve problems effectively
Must be able to comply with deadlines
good at mathematics and/or accounting
