Collecting, opening and distributing post
All other collections and deliveries
Opening and closing physical and electronic files
Managing all filing including ensuring the filing room is in order, maintaining the securities and managing the archives
Data Capturing
Time recording
Printer maintenance
General admin duties
Candidate Requirements:
Matric
Experience as a legal filing clerk and/or messenger
Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
High attention to detail
