Reception duties, managing incoming and outgoing calls on the switchboard, general administrative tasks including filing, emails, printing, copying and binding, stationery and office supplies stock level management and replenishment, and general assistance and support to the entire team.
Skills and requirements:
Technical skills: Fully computer literate and skilled in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Must be well presented and outgoing. A friendly person who speaks fluent English and must have good communication skills (written and verbal) to work with management, employees and clients (both local and international).
Self-management: Good time management and the ability to multi-task is compulsory.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Precision and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly and effectively learn new tasks.
Problem-solving skills and initiative.
Ability to work under pressure.
Driver’s license.
