The Role:
The role is accountable for the analysis, design, management of business solutions addressing the needs of the Company customer, business, compliance and technology. Supports the development of these solutions and ensures that the final solution delivered to business meets the initial requirements as specified during problem definition.

Decomposition, elicitation, analysis, and translation of requirements to produce business requirements specifications, functional specifications, user stories and other BA artifacts
Develop an understanding of how data is distributed across the organization and used by various users.
Understand business processes in order to interpret how data will affect customers, users, and organizational compliance.
Create business test scenarios to ensure operational integrity.
Communicate how data changes can be translated into business reports
Communication and management of multiple business stakeholders and IT delivery partners to deliver projects
Collaborate and participate in SDLC activities to deliver quality solutions
Competencies
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Experience in delivering business analysis and data analysis on enterprise interaction platforms
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience in compliance and regulatory projects.
Exposure to User Experience
Skills and Experience:
Preferred Qualification
Relevant Honours degree Relevant professional certification and/or membership of relevant professional body
Bachelorâ??s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related digital/ technical or business field or relevant Business analysis certification
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) or similar
Certified Business Data Analytics (IIBA®- CBDA) or similar
Experience
6 years or more in solving business and technology problems through analysis, design, and implementation of business and data solutions within a project environment.
Experience in delivering business analysis on digital/ Customer interaction platforms
