Our client based in Germiston is looking for a Help Desk Agent who will be responsible for the support and maintenance of all communications infrastructure outside and within the company in order to ensure maximum uptime and production for users.

Education and Minimum Requirements

Minimum Matric, N+, and A+
Minimum of 1-year experience in IT
Minimum of 1-year experience in Troubleshooting (Normal Desktop Support is fine)
Basic Knowledge and understanding of networking technologies and protocols
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Microsoft Office
Networking Protocols

External Customers running Pilots / Trial Projects
Device Management
Support
Desktop Support
Remote User Desktop Support
Mobile Device /Printer Support
Remote User Mobile Support
Pro-Active Approach to Problem-solving
Assistance Technically in Projects
Train staff when required to do so.

Logging of Faults on Required Systems / Making Recommendations / Updating Knowledge Bases
