Responsibilities:
Answer a busy switchboard.
Attend to walk-in customers
Deal with any inquiry and assist where possible.
Deal with any facilities issues which might arise and forward to the Operations Manager for action.
Typing of correspondence if needed.
Requirements:
Grade 12 as a minimum entry level.
Previous admin or secretarial experience will be advantageous.
Must be exceptionally well presented as this is a frontline post.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have strong communication skills.
