Job Description:

Duties:

Provide secretarial assistance to Sales Representatives when they are away from the office by the handling of sales orders efficient, and help to improve productivity by dealing with customer queries and calls.
Take telephone inquiries from prospective customers
Provide good quality customer service level and help to achieve sales targets
Performs administrative duties for the sales team
Maintaining files, schedules, and appointments and making travel arrangements.
Updating databases and customer contact information as required
At all times comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions
Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so
