Currently we are searching for a Secretary for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

Document preparations for and minute taking of important meetings & events.
Arranging Committee meetings or meetings with third parties.
Drafting & circulating of newsletters, marketing material, etc.
Event Planning & Management (including management of courses & lectures).
Expense claim management for committee members & delegates.
Accommodation & Travel arrangements for committee members & delegates.
Annual Budgetary submissions & control.
Database management for Private Sector Committee & Head Office.

Requirements of this Post:

Should have Post matric qualification in Secretarial, Administration, Business Management or other relevant qualifications.
At least four years’ experience relevant to the requirements of this position.
Medium to Advanced skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to work under immense pressure & with strict deadlines.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Must be excellent at Problem Solving.
