We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.

An entry-level position has become available which is perfectly suited for somebody who is:

The position entails:

Administrative support duties to the office
Providing friendly, prompt and professional assistance to clients
Liaising with couriers and suppliers
Assisting with financial administration, data capturing and invoice processing

• Running of general office errands • General administrative duties as necessary
Working as part of a tight-knit team and providing your input to help shape the future of our company

All candidates must:

Be over 18 years of age & have a matric certificate
Have a driver’s license and their own transport
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command of the English language with fluency in Afrikaans being advantageous
Be computer literate (Microsoft Excel experience, in particular, will be important)
Be able to work in Somerset West, Western Cape full-time
Attitude trumps experience for us, though the experience is also an important factor for us. We work in a very fast-paced industry and there will be lots to learn

Hiring Salary Ranges (dependent on relevant skills and experience):

Entry-Level: R7,000 – R8,000
Mid-Level: R8,000 – R10,000
Room for further substantial career and salary growth, dependent on the candidate’s proficiency and ability to learn/innovate over time.
