Who we are:

We are launching a sister company(Preschool) in the Sandton area, in January 2020. Our preschool model was established in the year 2010 and continually gets improved to stay relevant in the ECD industry.

Are you the one:

We are looking for a superstar candidate with a perfect skill set of qualifications, experience, friendliness, maturity, and creativity. The suitable candidate will be part of the Sandton founding team to work closely with the Principal d 2 assistants. The candidate should be hardworking and willing to grow into a Principal.

Working hours and salary: Monday to Friday and salary negotiable.

Competencies:

* Computer literacy: Mid to advanced level

* 5 – 7 work experience as a teacher and school management/supervision

* Be familiar with growing trends and competitors in the industry

* Must be aged 30 years or older

* Must have a drivers license (driving company car may be required from time to time)

* Must be willing to work some Saturdays (not regularly)

* Must be people’s person and have excellent conflict resolution skills

* Must be willing to train and conduct workshops for employees

Education:

Bachelors degree or 10 years experience with ECD qualification and 2 recommendation letters for the position
