Candidate Duties:
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Greet, assist and direct visitors to the relevant department
Updating Buying manuals and price-lists
Checking Price lists
Sending out price lists to customers
Minimum Requirements:
Matric or equivalent
Strong administrative skills
Good to Excellent MS Excel Skills
Experience working with Pastel Evolution or similar accounting program
Firm understanding of sales administration
Good interpersonal communication skills
Applicant must be disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision
