Relianz Foods is a wholesale food distribution company based in Maitland.

We are looking for a well- rounded Orders/Invoicing Clerk to join our growing Orders Department. This is a customer-facing position and requires a candidate who is driven, hungry to learn and passionate about their job.

Job Description:

Taking customer orders ensuring accurate quantities- Invoicing customer orders
Handling inbound calls – orders, queries, complaints
Responding to client queries telephonically and electronically
Meet and exceed daily/ weekly / monthly KPI’s
Handling adhoc projects/assignments set out by management

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in Orders Processing/Invoicing or similar customer service role.
FMCG industry experience/knowledge.
Experience with Order capturing software (Quickbooks / Pastel / other)
Excellent written and spoken English (Loud / Clear).
Computer & Typing skills.
Able to work under pressure during busy seasons – requiring overtime.
Own transport
