The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the time management & workflow between the brand managers and the creative studio. They will need to ensure that timings are met, and all deliverables are communicated between the two departments and will identify and assign work to the most suitable resources taking timing and output into consideration.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role

Maintain and manage the relationship with Brand Managers
Communicate timing for briefs due against promo flow
Receive and approve briefs on CHASE and ensures all relevant information is present
Assign brief to the creative team and adds to creative schedule
Communicate team allocation and timing to the relevant Brand Manager and ensure that delivery and check-in dates are clear
Communicate daily deliverables with all creative teams
Diary Management – ensure meetings for briefings/reviews, etc. are in diaries and approved
Ensure that all briefs and debriefs are shared with creative teams
Manage the internal sign-off process
Work closely with the Head of Creative to ensure creative consistency
Work closely with the Head of Traffic to ensure streamlined processes

A little about who you are

A tertiary qualification in logistics and marketing will be advantageous
1 – 2 Years’ experience and exposure to coordinating traffic within a web/print production environment with designers, copywriters, and proofreaders
Ability to follow and continuously improve clear and up-to-date procedural processes
Previous experience and exposure to Chase / Jira Software will be an added advantage
Strong computer skills – especially MS Excel
Pro-active approach with excellent attention to detail
Positive and driven individual with excellent communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
Works well under pressure on own as well as within a team
