Some of the Receptionist duties include:

* Monitoring member access and overrides.
* Managing a team.
* Training new or Receptionists.
* Reception stock control
* Resolving member complaints and queries.
* Communication with members and staff (greeting and making members feel welcome).
* Managing payments and other financial duties.
* Assisting with Club Administration when necessary.

Desired:

– Excel proficiency

– Own vehicle

– Must be able to work shifts
