To coordinate the operations on-site and ensuring safety and security measures are adhered to.

Required Skills:

Matric / Grade 12
Administration or Computer literacy Certificate/Diploma

Duties include:

Checking and logging drivers’ details as they come in and out of the site
Weighing trucks when they arrive and leave
Filling in inspection sheets
Booking other site visitors in and out
Data capturing
Updating records on computer systems
Answering inquiries
Dealing with other administrative tasks
Operational details

Monday – Sunday
You’ll usually work up to 40 hours a week on a shift pattern, with some early starts and late finishes.
